As it Was Meant to Be - William Ellison is a powerful man who threatens anyone with whom Jim gets friendly. But when he takes on Blair, he discovers he's bitten off rather more than he can chew. Fugitives - Someone in a position to do something about it hadn't believed Blair's press conference... and so the two men became fugitives, fleeing from the Men in Black. (Word count 14120)

Karma - A reincarnation story. After an incarnation in the Scottish Highlands, the story moves to a retelling, with slightly different development, of Sentinel Too. (Word count 27890)

Kidnap - An army officer doesn't believe Blair's press conference, and kidnaps Jim - who has no intention of letting the army use him. First printed in Howl of the Wolf 3. (Word count 12821)

Legend of Buffalo Creek, The - Blair gets a frantic call for help from Eli Stoddard. First published in Howl of the Wolf 2. (Word count 10780)

Once Bitten - AU. In a world where sentinels are known, Blair is a lecturer in the sentinel-guide unit at Rainier, knowing how a guide works with a sentinel but convinced that he himself is unable to use that knowledge.
